Resume drafts, imported document text, job descriptions, cover letters, tracker statuses, and notes are processed in your browser and stored in local storage on this device. We do not upload them through the editor, matcher, importer, or exporter. Only the separate optional AI writing aid sends text: it transmits the single bullet you explicitly submit to Cloudflare Workers AI. The editor does not automatically send the rest of your resume. Your local browser profile is not an encrypted vault.

Optional AI writing aid

Using the AI writing aid sends the text you enter in that dialog to Cloudflare Workers AI. You must explicitly consent before submitting. We do not store the submitted text or suggestion in D1 or intentionally log them. Cloudflare processes the request under its own data-use policies. We retain daily rate-limit counts and daily hashed network identifiers for abuse prevention. Review every suggestion for unsupported claims before copying it into your draft.

Backups and deletion

Backup files contain personal application data. Store and share them carefully. Delete individual applications in the Tracker, or clear this site’s browser data to remove all local drafts. Private browsing, storage limits, and clearing browser data can cause loss. No cloud restore is available.

Review and partnership requests

If you submit the interest form, we store your email address, interest category, and submission time in Cloudflare D1 to respond to the request. No resume is attached. We delete these records after 90 days through a daily cleanup task, unless you begin a separate engagement. You can request earlier deletion by email. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

Hosting and abuse prevention

Cloudflare hosts this site and handles network requests, including IP addresses and technical request metadata. Its operational logs may retain request metadata according to its service settings. We do not intentionally log form bodies or resume text. The interest form stores a daily hash derived from your IP address for rate limiting; those records expire and are deleted by the daily cleanup.

Optional usage measurement

If you enable anonymous usage counts in the workspace, we count selected actions by day, such as opening the workspace or exporting a PDF. We do not attach a user ID or your document content. Counts are not unique visitor counts and may include repeat actions. The default is off. You can change the checkbox at any time.

Fonts and external links

This site requests typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser makes a network request to Google for them. External sites have their own privacy practices. We do not use advertising pixels or sell resume content.

Product limits

This is a writing and organization tool. Keyword matching is a limited text comparison, not an employer evaluation. Review all exported files before use. No interview or employment outcome is promised.
